The Sanskrit word Iksā( ईक्ष ) has several meanings, one of which is sight that refers to the act of seeing or perceiving with one's eyes. It can also mean vision or insight, symbolizing a person with a keen eye for detail and deep understanding.

Studio iksā is a multi-disciplinary design studio with an expertise in Architecture, Interior and Industrial design. Located in the heart of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

The founder Ar. Shreeya Nandhini Udayanand is a trained Architect from M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore after which she went on to pursue her Master’s Degree in Interior Design from Scuola Politecnica di Design, Milan. During this time she had the opportunity to work with various leading firms in Coimbatore, Bangalore and Milan. Studio iksā was founded in 2020.
